CCTVnet is a comprehensive integrated security solution for network-based CCTV (closed circuit TV), access control and security systems with emphasis on observation and intervention. The familiar analogue video and audio matrix solutions are replaced by modern network technology providing a flexible virtual matrix. Now it is possible to make all security-relevant information accessible everywhere, independent of their geographical origin.

For each defined event CCTVnet presents all available security-relevant information to enable the operator to evaluate and carry-out the appropriate measures effectively. Owing to consequent separation of operation and system configuration the most complex security tasks can be handled by personnel with minimal IT-expertise immediately, intuitively and correctly. Security events are divided into logical groups, which can be operated in parallel or individually, thanks to the intelligent delegation function. The delegation of such a group from one or more workstation to another is possible at any time. This way customer specific redundancy scenarios or workload optimization can be realized simply and economically. This flexibility leads to cost reduction through optimization of the security personnel while providing the same or higher security level. For Example: Security centre A has to deal with a building evacuation and delegates one half of the monitored sites to remote security centre B and the other half to remote security centre C.
Operators with no prior computer experience can be trained to use system competently in only 15 minutes

The interactive floor-plans allow easy navigation of multi-site systems and a useful tool for the operator to become orientated with the location of the various security events. The floor-plans are also animated to allow information concerning the status of cameras, alarms etc to be easily monitored.
